By attending Mirage, a two-day camping music and art festival hosted by 928 Vibezz, Bassfyld, and Pulse Expansion, you agree to the following terms:

Assumption of Risk — Attendance and participation are voluntary. Outdoor events involve inherent risks including but not limited to uneven terrain, wildlife encounters, loud music, changing weather, bright or flashing lights, camping hazards, and other conditions beyond the control of event organizers. By entering the festival grounds, you assume all such risks.

Release of Liability — To the fullest extent permitted by law, attendees release and hold harmless The Mirage organizers, sponsors, vendors, volunteers, property owners, and affiliated partners from any claims, damages, injuries, losses, or liabilities arising from attendance or participation.

Personal Responsibility — Attendees are responsible for their own health, safety, belongings, and camping equipment. Alcohol consumption is strictly limited to attendees aged 21 and older and must comply with all local, state, and federal laws.

Medical and Emergency Services — Limited first aid and emergency assistance may be available on-site, but attendees are ultimately responsible for their own medical care and should be prepared for remote/outdoor conditions.

Photography and Media — By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional and archival purposes without compensation.

Compliance With Rules and Laws — All attendees must follow posted rules, staff directions, and all applicable laws. Failure to comply may result in removal from the festival without refund or recourse.
